Having previously worked at Hays, a global leader in recruitment solutions, he has experience in establishing meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. During his time at Hays, Parvez had won national company awards for his performance, team management, and more, proving his excellence in the industry. 

Parvez was also part of the UK board management team for Hays Financials Services business where he had grown the UK business with new clients, increased fee revenues and developing junior and experienced consultants.

Parvez has nearly two decades of recruitment expertise in the IFA, Wealth Management and Private Banking Recruitment across the UK and now also with the added responsibility of growing and developing Vision-FS Recruitment.
